Tisha  –   Age 43  –   Lost 50 Pounds

I am 43 years old and lost 50 pounds in 4 months in 2008 with help from Jumpstart. Over the last 4 years I tried other weight loss programs from The South Beach Diet to Weight Watchers. I was never able to lose more than 15 pounds on these other programs. Within 3 weeks of being on the Jumpstart program I lost 15 pounds and continued to lose every week until I reached my goal of 50 lbs.

Jumpstart taught me to eat the right combination of foods and the right portion of foods. I also learned how important it is to exercise every day to maintain a healthy lifestyle even if it’s just a walk around the block or playing soccer with my kids. I started jogging while on the Jumpstart program and continue to do so to this day.

The Jumpstart program helped me feel better about myself. Not only do I look better but I am healthier. I also don’t feel self conscious about how people look at me any more.
